Stopped in because my car was damaged in a hit and run was interested in getting paint to have a friend touch my car up, I’m a girl and clueless, there was an employee that helped me out I believe his name was Dave, this man was a godsend! He knew everything about everything I didn’t know! His customer service was amazing, took the time to help me figure out what was needed he even looked at the pictures I had of my car! It’s been a while since I had such a great experience as far as customer service! Thank you Dave

I recently visited Genesis Auto Supply and had a really good experience. The store had a lot of automotive paint, tools, and body repair supplies, so it was easy to find what I needed. The staff were very helpful and seemed to know a lot about the products they sell. They even helped explain which materials would work best for my project. I also liked that the prices seemed fair compared to other auto supply stores. The service was friendly and the store was well organized. Overall, I would recommend Genesis Auto Supply to anyone looking for good auto supplies in Schaumburg.

We’ve been purchasing our paint supplies from Genesis for about the past year, and the experience has been excellent. Their delivery is always quick, which really helps keep our shop running smoothly. The paint mixes perfectly and the color matches have been spot on every time. On top of that, their customer service has been great—always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. It’s been a reliable partnership for our shop, and we definitely recommend Genesis Paint Supply to anyone looking for quality products and dependable service.

As an industrial account that regularly purchases autobody materials, having a reliable supply partner like Genesis is extremely important to us. The team here consistently delivers great service and keeps our shop running smoothly. Jimmy is always quick to help when we call in orders or stop by. He knows the products well and makes sure we get the right materials, whether it's primers, sandpaper, or other shop supplies. He’s also great about making sure our orders are ready when we need them. Dave has also been a big help to our account. He’s knowledgeable about the different paint systems and supplies, and he takes the time to answer questions or help us find the best solution for a job. It’s clear he understands the needs of shops that rely on these products every day. Carlos, the manager, does an excellent job overseeing everything and making sure industrial accounts like ours are taken care of. He’s professional, responsive, and makes sure orders, deliveries, and any issues are handled quickly. It’s great working with a manager who understands the importance of keeping our operations moving. Overall, Jimmy, Dave, and Carlos provide dependable service and strong product kno
